The Gillette is well-known for its friendly service, clean, comfortable rooms, and terrific location a block from the Parkway and across the street from the Gatlinburg Convention Center. Every room has free WiFi, a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, outdoor seating, and more. Some also have balconies. An outdoor heated swimming pool is open seasonally. All rooms are non-smoking. No pets please!

Our fourth time to stay here! Room is always clean and comfortable. Great location to downtown Gatlinburg. Park the car and walk to everything. Wish I had discovered this place sooner, as I’ve been coming to the area over the past 40 years. Quaint and clean. Can’t beat the price anywhere else in the area.

Staff was friendly, our suite was clean and well stocked with plenty of towels. We were able to cook some of our meals and had the kitchen gadgets to do so. We loved all the windows and private balcony. Nice and hot water. Clean room. Close to restaurants, shops etc. We will stay again.

The accommodations were excellent, clean room upon our arrival. Front desk staff was very professional and pleasant to us during checkin and checkout.
